I took a peak inside our little indoor greenhouse that we planted on Saturday and couldn't believe my eyes!!
Look at that lettuce reaching for the sunshine.
We also planted cucumbers, tomatoes, pumpkin, zuchini, butternut squash, sugar snap peas, yellow beans and peppers.

ReplyDeleteMy experience with lettuce..it grows like a weed! You will soon have to transfer it outside, the heat in the green house will kill it (from experience). Spinach also grows like crazy and loves cold weather so you could plant that outside now and you would soon be enjoying young tender spinach..yummy!
