The long weekend has me all messed up this week!
As for a meal plan, with the girls back in school, I'm really trying to keep it on a no fights basis. I'm thinking that they're going to be tired enough as it is...
Monday: leftover shish kebabs.
Tuesday: homemade pizza
Wednesday: burgers, homemade fries, salad
Thursday: pork tenderloin, mashed potatoes cauliflower and broccoli with cheese sauce, carrots
Friday: homemade mac and cheese
All nice and simple, except for Thursday but you gotta give Momma something!!!
Oh, and we never had the roasted beet and carrot salad last week so that's still an open option
