Cottage

Ronan enjoyed his first visit up to our friend's cottage.  We used to go annually and haven't been in a while... In fact I'm not sure we've been up since Caelan was born.  Caelan's trache doesn't mix well with campfire, sand or water so it's been something we've avoided.  So not only was this Ronan's first visit to the cottage, it may also have been Caelan's! Definitely his first overnighter. I think we might have been up once before for the day though... not sure.  My memory just isn't what it used to be!!

Caelan's been asking all summer to make a sand castle.  Well, he finally did it.  My nerves were a mess the whole time but we all survived.  It's hard work making sand castles.  It takes lots of focus and concentration, just look at that tongue as proof!!
